Overall the format is excellent -- the clearest, fastest and most accessible set of URL instructions I've ever used -- EXCEPT haven't yer succeeded in getting a doc e-signed! Maybe we were missing a step. The doc got e-sent to the signer, but all he ever got was the sample doc to fill out -- but it wouldn't let him fill it out. and just kept popping up the sample doc. It was smooth and easy to understand. My only question or concern is. When submitting my corrected 1099 to is IRS via your site. I was not sure which copy it was sending. It did not give me an option. I hope the correct copy was sent to the IRS.

EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE
Very quick, efficient and courteous customer service. My elderly mother subscribed to this service and couldn't remember why. I explained the situation via emails with Customer Support and they refunded the annual subscription fee after I verified a few details. I really appreciated their understanding and quick response. Now...I have to go unplug my mom's computer. :-)

Tried adobe, wondershare, and word. Absolutely useless for my purposes or maybe just not user friendly. Very pleased with PDFfiller.

What do you like best?
pdfFiller gives me the tools to customize forms specific to our office and our industry. I also love the ability to create templates for new documents that I design in-house. This cuts down on costs because these templates do not have to outsourced. It is all right there at my finger tips. One additional bonus specifically for me: everyone in our office knows my handwriting is difficult to translate. PDF filler gives me a fast and efficient tool to complete documents and forms in a timely manner.

As a contractor, we have some customers that require a specific contract form. This form requires customization for each customer. pdfFiller allows me to include the specific terms and conditions in the contract while customizing it for the specific customer. This is a huge win for our company since we would normally have to outsource this contract to be completed by others.

Overall a very good service
Not the cheapest subscription, but you can upload your documents, edit them, send them via emai, fax, USPS, sms, etc. Lots of functionality and very useful. Login anywhere to continue, even via app.
