Love this tool. Very intuitive and well built webApp (UI and UX are great). For the UX though, it can be a bit tough to jump in and out of different modes (editing which is "Open" - maybe call is "Fill", and tough to get to the fillable edit section). I had a problem with a pdf file freezing up on deadline and not being able to copy it when I was on deadline. I have to say, though, your online customer service was extremely helpful in solving my problem.

For people who are not that good in technology like me (you are not to blame), it was a bit difficult to find a website where I could fill important documents to send via internet in a safe manner. After a while, I found your website and once I figured out how to save and send the documents I can say that it is a good website.
My recommendation is to make it even easier to access and follow directions for seasoned people like me.

It is very easy to use, very self explanatory.
If you could include an electronic signature platform or integrate one like with adobe sign or some other document signature software would be great.

I don't usually need to fill a pdf but this one time I did. I was pleased that I got the free trial. I used it the one time and was able to cancel the next day.

What do you like best?
The most helpful thing about pdfFiller is that I can take a pdf document and add text or highlight text effortlessly. It is very user-friendly.
What do you dislike?
I have nothing to complain about with pdfFiller by airSlate. It saves me so much time there is literally nothing to dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
pdfFiller by airSlate is solving problems when I needed to make changes to a pdf document and it was so hard to do without it looking jumbled until I found pdfFiller. It has saved me so much time and my documents come out looking so much cleaner and professional.

Works well
Works well. Just wish there was a way to sign without the added date and time and logo. No one cares about the logo, they just want a signature that appears real. I still have to print, sign and scan, because of that one issue. Kind of makes it worthless to be able to fill out on line.
