needed to print out applications, employment verifications and a background questionaiire that required it be typed, printed out and sent via US mail. Most online PDF's will not supply editing capabilities. Thanks PDFillier!

Open the file you want to send. In the Quick Access Toolbar, click Send to Mail Recipient to open an email message. Your file will appear in the body of the message. Enter the recipients' aliases, edit the subject line and message body as necessary, and then click Send.

Load the document on the scanner glass according to the indicators on the printer. From the Home screen on the printer control panel, touch the Scan icon. Touch Scan to E-mail. Touch Send an E-mail. Select the From address that you want to use.
