Billing, invoices and subscription
Kara was excellent help in clarifying payment and free trial with me. Very friendly and helped solve the issue in seconds. Conclusion, the invoice can only be downloaded after the free trial has ended and subscription actively kicks in.

I wish it was a little easier to type things into my papers however I am getting the hang of it, I dont like that sometimes I will click in an area and the typing bar doesnt appear where I clicked on, but near the area, sometimes thats in the middle of a line on the page and thats annoying.

What are encrypted documents?
Document encryption is the process by which documents are protected with cryptographic keys (a password, public key, token, etc.) so that only individuals with the corresponding decryption keys (the same password, private key, token, etc.) can open them.
What does an encrypted document look like?
A well encrypted file (or data) looks like random data, there is no discernibly pattern. When you give an encrypted file to a decryption program (DCP) it tries to decrypt a small portion of the file. If the DCP fails you either have the wrong password OR are using the wrong decryption method.
How can I tell if a file is encrypted?
You look at the entropy of the file. If the entropy is high, then it's likely encrypted. You can use tools like bin walk to determine the entropy. A consistent, high entropy indicates that the file is likely encrypted.

What is document encryption? Document encryption is the process by which documents are protected with cryptographic keys (a password, public key, token, etc.) It is used to protect documents in transit (i.e. sent via email) and at rest (i.e. stored on a disk or in the cloud) from being accessed by unauthorized users.
