learning was difficult at first, your how to video's are too fast for a 74 year old to absorb, but hands on usage got me going in the end. I had to enter an enormous amount of text in my PDF form, but the ability to resize text boxes was a boon. Thanks, Bob Harrison

You'll see a QR code and pairing key. On your new device, open the Pinged app and scan the QR code, or enter the pairing key. A green checkmark indicates pairing is complete and your organization is added to Pinged. Next time you log on to your account or app, you will be prompted to authenticate on the new device.
Pinged is a multi-factor authentication (MFA) solution delivered through the Pinion platform. Pinged provides multi-factor authentication for cloud-based applications, on-premises applications, VPNs Windows Servers and RDP, and Secure Shell (SSH).
Open the Pinged application. Select the Settings icon (gear icon). Select Unpair device and follow the prompts.
To begin, login to your desired account or application. You will then be prompted to enter a one-time passcode. On your device, open the Pinged mobile app and enter the one-time passcode into the passcode field on the authentication screen and press Enter.
Select Change Device and select Yes. With your new device that has the Pinged application installed, scan the QR code that is displayed on the old device's Pinged application.
