originally i was dissatisfied with paying $20 to learn how to use the system and still did not get any benefit. Then customer service reached out to me to provide assistance and work on a solution. I am still learning how to effectively use it but am happy for their willingness to help.

I had to cancel my subscription right after I got it (the first time) because we were told not electronic signatures. The customer service person I was connected to was very quick with applying my refund and explained the banks general policies. It ended up there was a mistake, so I'm back. I enjoyed the ease of using the product. I was able to pretty much teach myself how to use it. I do look forward to seeing what the webinar has to offer.

Below is a list of the most common customer questions. If you can’t find an answer to your question, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us.
Technical editing involves reviewing text written on a technical topic and identifying errors related to the use of language in general or adherence to a specific style guide. Technical editing is the editing of scientific, engineering, medical, or other complex documents for both language and content issues.
Technical writers always want their work to be recognized by the audience. Technical writing and editing skills are highly associated with each other. Experienced editing will catch both factual and grammatical errors in copy before it is published, preventing embarrassment, additional costs, and possible legal action.
Examples of Technical Writing. The most common examples of technical writing are: User manuals; software installation guides; Standard Operating Procedures (SOP); Service Level Agreements (SLA); Request for Proposal (RFP); legal disclaimers; company documents; annual reports; and Help files.
Technical writing is the ability to simplify complex concepts for a specific audience. Great technical writing does more than just get the message across it helps engage readers and motivate them to learn more about a subject.
What is the difference? To answer this in simple terms: Editing focuses on the meaning of your content, while copy editing focuses on its technical quality.
Instead of only correcting mistakes in a piece of text, revising and editing are ways for writers to evaluate their ideas, to generate and test new ideas during the writing process, and to polish and tighten the overall argumentation and presentation.
Copy editing. Copy editing (also copy editing, sometimes abbreviated CE) is the process of revising written material to improve readability and fitness for its purpose, as well as ensuring that it is free of error, omission, inconsistency, and repetition.
