I love the program, would be easier to fill dates on my form if I could type the date without the scrolling box. I also wish it was a smoother flow to save/print and back.

This program is the best PDF editor/publisher , I have ever used. I especially like the ease of uploading images and placing them onto page. You are able to make adjustments, easily and can print specific pages and email, fax and or save complete documents or just a certain page, if you wish. Great program.

What do you like best?
I found out that I can not use papers in my work. I can take and use online forms, fill our them with PDFfiller and just forget about it.
What do you dislike?
I need much more tools than only PDF editing and sending. I also use RTF, Docx. Or sometimes I edit them in HTML. So, I need do use other tools too.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
My team saves insane big amount of time for working with papers. So, our productivity dramatically increased.

What do you like best?
I like that the website is very easy to use and allows many different functions, including digital signatures and saving directly into your computer. I also like the options to save a template to use, which saves me a lot of time as I am always using the same forms.
What do you dislike?
I dislike that I always have to log in again every time I use the website.

Digital signatures. Being able to edit PDF with a Mac since most PDF programs are only compatible with windows.

Best customer service and software!
It's the easiest program for faxing from your computer, converting docs, signing forms, making forms editable. I love it. Above all, they have the best customer service I have ever received. Especially for a product that speaks well for itself. Anna, with tech support, was quick, efficient, kind, very knowledgeable and addressed my issue right away. It has been a long time since I can say that. Not listening to me and my problem has been my experience lately with other tech support from other companies. They want to give cookie cutter responses that don't address anything I was asking. Anna, you made my dreading to chat to support a rewarding experience. Thank you so much! Though you have a great product, I no longer needed it.I had thought I had cancelled before the free trial was up, but, apparently, I had not. So, I asked for help to cancel and get a refund. It was done within a half an hour! Great Service!
