I like that you can save the template for a certificate of insurance or an application and send it out that way. It still saves it as new but also creates the new Document.

Good service. It's more than I want to pay. I don't use it enough to justify the price. If I need these type of services again I would return to this company.

This program is SO easy to use and Efficient when you need to fill out forms for work but you cannot physically get to work to turn them in!

Top notch customer support
I needed to cancel my account because I didn't realize I had a yearly reoccurring subscription. The support staff was VERY easy to work with. The product itself was great to use for what I needed; it was user friendly even for the not so tech savvy. I was most pleased with how quickly the customer service representatives and support were able to resolve my issues. If I ever need to use this companies product again, I wouldnt hesitate.

It is great to use for signing documents on the road with my phone, but i am concerned that the confirmation stamp is not widely accepted as a form of a signature.

The UI were strange at times(As I sometimes had to look for something specific) , but overall my experience were really good as I am able to achieve my goal everytime with ease. I were using the edit pdf feature and again a bit of trouble trying to establish what I was looking for, but once I found it, it was quite an ease.

Not much not to like. Spell checker would be nice. though.

After creating a document and saving it, it landed back in the template folder. Have to switch over to documents to access

Editing PDF DOCs. Ability to search works great.
