When I started searching for a PDF to Word doc. a few days back, I downloaded 4 different trials and hated all of them!! They were not user friendly like this one is!! I am not a great computer application user but I found PDFfiller easy to use and figure out. I even was able to place an electronic signature on a document with a little trial and error. Very nice application that I will use more and more.

This application is users friendly and easy to use. Great product. The only thing missing for my agency's purpose is the attachment part. If the attachment features is add to it, this would be awsome.

Site could be more mobile friendly. I'm still learning but so far it has done exactly what I needed and greatly improved my ability to get the docs back I send.

There are things I still can't figure but overall, I am getting the hang of it and it seems fine. It takes a while to go between pages but that could be on my end.

I have yet to use the on-line features. Still deciding if I want HIPPA files out there. I don't know where your servers are located, but if they are outside of the US then I'm concerned about where and what the privacy laws of the "domain" country are. I ran into this issue years ago setting up some legal files. All servers were required to be located within the US.

This is the only and best website I use for all my PDF files needs. The only thing that could be better is the cost of the monthly rate. I'm on a government check and it's almost too expensive for me at this time. I hope that I can somehow afford to keep using this wonderful service, thank you so much!
