Easy to use.
I have been using this app for a long time and is really easy to learn how to use and reliable results. Pros. This does everything that Adobe apps should do. It is a great way to reduce paper use.

So much better than acrobat
This is really good tech and works much better than acrobat! I was shocked that people were leaving negative reviews - then found out they all complain that you have to sign up after editing your document - SO WHAT you cannot expect amazing tech for free. I don’t get why people complain. Tech is amazing customer service is second to none.

Are password protected Word documents encrypted?
Microsoft Office password protection is a security feature to protect Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) documents with a user-provided password. As of Office 2007, this uses modern encryption; earlier versions used weaker systems and are not considered secure.
Is encryption the same as password protected?
Encryption means that the data itself has been rendered unreadable by running it through an encryption algorithm. Just because something is password protected does not mean it's encrypted. An encryption algorithm will scramble the data so that it can't be read without the password.
Does encryption mean password protected?
Password encryption is a step-up from password protection. The term can be a tad confusing because, in fact, you cannot encrypt the password itself. The reverse process is only available if the person who wants to decrypt this data can provide a specific decryption key or a password.
What is password protection?

Is a password-protected ZIP file encrypted?
Zip files can be password-protected, but the standard Zip encryption scheme is extremely weak. To gain the actual benefits of encryption, you should use AES-256 encryption. 7z archives support this natively, but you can also encrypt Zip files with AES-256 encryption.
