Though perhaps a bit expensive, PDFfiller.com is extremely well-designed, feature-rich and easy to use. While I have no complaints about the basic product, I was bothered by design feature that seemed to insist that I enroll in a more expensive tier of service without giving me the chance to opt out or cancel. Any popup page that requires a user to select - and pay for! - a more expensive service level should always include "close" and "cancel" options. While I'm still a bit troubled by this aspect of PDFfiller's site design, when I raised the issue with your support staff, Ellilou Ilano quickly responded and helped resolve my problem.

I had somehow removed the date stamp from my digital signature and I could not figure out how to get it back on. Turns out it was a pretty simple fix (doh!). Kara responded super fast to my cry for help. She provided written instructions as well as a screenshot (very helpful!). My date stamp is back on. :)

How do I get a pairing key for Pinged?
You'll see a QR code and pairing key. On your new device, open the Pinged app and scan the QR code, or enter the pairing key. A green checkmark indicates pairing is complete and your organization is added to Pinged. Next time you log on to your account or app, you will be prompted to authenticate on the new device.
What is Pinged authentication?
Pinged is a multi-factor authentication (MFA) solution delivered through the Pinion platform. Pinged provides multi-factor authentication for cloud-based applications, on-premises applications, VPNs Windows Servers and RDP, and Secure Shell (SSH).
How do I reset my Pinged?
Open the Pinged application.
Select the Settings icon (gear icon).
Select Unpair device and follow the prompts.
How do you unpair a Pinged?
Open the Pinged app on the device that you want to unpair. You should make sure your device has access to the Internet and is not offline before unpairing. Tap the settings wheel on the top right of the app and then tap Unpair Device. You'll now see a confirmation message.
How do I change my Pinged?
On your new device, go to the appropriate app store. Then, download Pinged. On your old device (the one you want to unpair), open the Pinged app, tap the settings wheel and then tap Change Device. You'll see a QR code and pairing key.
