I think it is great but I decided I didn’t need it and wanted to cancel my free trial so I contacted the company and Ma was the representative who helped me. What do you like best?
Many of our forms require customization for each customer. The pdfFiller support team is very helpful
What do you dislike?
I would like more font options. Other then that I have no problems

pdFiller will make life a lot easier dealing with forms and getting signatures
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
Many times we need to make forms our own such as adding our logo. So we don't have to recreate the form or document.

LOVE THIS AND LOVE CUSTOMER SERVICE
PDF.Filler is definitely a MUST in todays world especially with more and more companies working from home, I don't see how anyone could live without this. It makes forms and fillable documents, signature request documents, so very convenient, easy. It's super user friendly as well, I love it. Also the staff super helpful. Simon and Rachel were super great and on it, they both got right back to me within seconds and assisted me with knowledgeable kind and quick service and I appreciate that a lot as well in a company. A good program (and nice people)
A good program, a bit too comprehensive for me (in some ways), and a few (to me) important features were missing.
After my trial period, I was accidentally invoiced for a full year, the support department solved that nicely.
