So far it's been pretty good although I haven't figured everything out yet as far as the features but I'm working on it. I like it so far though for what I needed it for. I had a very important document to sign and send at midnight one night and PDFfiller was recommended as a possible avenue. It was so easy to set up and even easier to use. I've used it a number of times since.

Great for my online classes!
This has been a great tool for editing PDFs for my Anatomy class. The only problem is the "drawing" tool does not provide enough color options. It's very limited.

Customer focused with good features
I find Pdffiller to be one of the better online services of its type. As well as having many features in a fairly easy to use interface, their support is responsive and very customer focused. They offer a full feature short trial (requires credit card details, which some people may find off putting). It's straightforward to cancel. If you're looking to pay for an ongoing service, I recommend pdffiller.

What do you like best?
pdfFiller is very easy to use. No experience needed and provided a simple and worry free solution for one of my customers. I have started using it for o create and make changes to forms, contracts, shipping documents and much more. All of my customers are impressed with the fast turn around and the add on service I can provide them with. The program has paid for itself on many occasions.
What do you dislike?
When uploading some new documents it is not always to change the text to fit my needs.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
I have customers that do not have the employees on hand to make last minute changes to shipping documents. I am able to do this for them and ease their issues at the last minute. This allows me to build stronger relationships/
