I went into your chat hoping to get answers to my inquiries regarding my account and why I couldn't locate what it kept telling me that I should be seeing. Kara was the second chat agent I messaged in this desire to find out what I was doing wrong... which is fine. The first agent was like an operator I assume... finding out what I needed exactly and then transferring me to the right team. Which happened really QUICKLY!! I am NOT used to any online chats actually being able to do anything as fast as this happened today! Much less get an agent that could actually help me... TODAY was the first in a very LOOOONG time! Kara was GREAT!!! She needs a raise and maybe a promotion. Thanks again, Kara!!! KUDOS to Kara!!!
The one entity that I HAD dedicated my loyalty to (Best Buy) for over a decade... is now in my rearview mirror!!!! They are atrocious at helping anyone with anything online!!! The store employees have to go through the same phone number we do, so they're worthless! And corporate Best Buy... smh... I won't get ugly here, but just state that they were the final straw that broke the camel's back!! I will NEVER give them any more of my time or money!!!

Great for making a pdf fillable planner
I've tried Adobe & SODA pdf & both were a nightmare:/
From ctrl not being able to multi-selesct, text boxes not duplicating with a new names (meaning I would have to re-name or re-make 10000 boxes manually...)
I've had a really good experience with pdf filler! It has everything I need to easily add fillable fields & make my planner useable. Thank you finally a product that matches my requirements.

I expected an automated response and a week or more wait to resolve an accounting problem, what I experienced was not only a response but total problem resolution in less than and hour. Unfortunately I dont have need for their services at the moment because these guys are just the type of business I want to do business with and I am positive you will too. It's essential for digital nomads. Since my base is in the US. I rely on these solutions to continue operations in the US from abroad. I would integrate payment systems, especially with the banking networks to be able to send money orders or checks physically. And I would suggest connecting with virtual offices to be able to interact with clients in a virtual office setting. I'm thinking a virtual secretary solution... just some thoughts to improve.
