If you need help don't hesitate to do a live chat and screen share. Their chat agents will fix any issue you have. I've had them help me multiple times.

The primary benefit is a secure place to share and store all our documents that we can search and edit when we need. This software saves us an immense amount of time. It provides a method to update and edit documents in minutes with recurring pages that would otherwise take 4x times longer fill out and complete. The form creator isn't free, and you don't find this out until after you spend time creating your form. You have to subscribe in order to be able to download it. If you find it valuable, it's worth the price.

Yesterday, I needed assistance with a PDF, which, when it was submitted to PDFFiller, would change the computer bar and make it into numbers. Since I needed this document in its original form, I contacted their customer service, and Kara helped me. Kara went out of her way to make sure my problem was resolved. It was really nice to talk to a real human instead of a bot, and that human being was so kind and able. My problem is not completely resolved, but she taught me how to be able to fill the PDF without losing the bar and eventually make a template, which is what I need to do. It's cheaper than Adobe. It gets the job done and has many options for filling out PDFs. I use it mostly for the Army National Guard and now as a substitute teacher.
