I found this program on the internet when I needed something to fill a need. I used it and still have some questions as to how and what I can do with it.

Like the program, although it does seem complicated. However, I keep receiving error messages when I send docs to be signed, and when I send it in I receive a message saying it is on our end. I would like to use the program for many things, especially getting signatures, although it seems that isn't included now and is additional cost, so I may go to authentisign

With this document I had to learn how to rotate the document which took an inquiry on the internet to find the instructions. Could not seem to open any help window for the instruction.

I like that I can read-only PDFs straight from Gmail - previewing with PDFfiller is way easier than having to download through Adobe.
I feel like there is nowhere to go if you need assistance or a homepage to see all of the PDFs that you have viewed.

I can upload any document. I can fill out forms sent to me by others and resend them on the quickness.

What is standard royalty on oil and gas lease?
A 1/8 or 12.5% share is most common in older leases, but if a lessor is in a proven production area for oil and gas, the royalty percentage is often greater. Many of the modern shale play developments have average royalties of 18-20%.
How do you read commercial lease rates?
Typically, with commercial properties, lease rates are based on the annual cost, per square foot, of the leased space. Thus, to determine the monthly rent for a property, one would need to multiply the quoted rent per square foot by the number of square feet being leased.
How are oil and gas royalties calculated?
To calculate your oil and gas royalties, you would first divide 50 by 1,000, and then multiply this number by .20, then by $5,004,000 for a gross royalty of $50,040. Once you calculate your gross royalty amount, compare it to the number you see on your royalty check stubs.
How do you determine commercial lease rates?
Multiply the amount by the rentable square footage to determine your monthly cost. Divide that amount by your usable square footage to calculate your actual price per usable square foot.
