Just needed access to a quick fillable PDF for SOAP notes when my office management software with builtin SOAP notes crashed. It is filling a need for the moment, doubtful I will continue. It seems like a nice program but the diagram on the SOAP notes is too cumbersome to mark with the given symbols on the chart as, so far, I have seen no way to actually mark the figure on the chart with the same symbols electronically. There are some symbols available, like the check, circle and line but they are not like the ones on the actual symbol chart. If there was a more expedient way to use those same symbols I might actually be very interested in using this.

I am taking online college courses and this has been a miracle for me to fill and physically sign forms, I have a touch screen computer so I can physically sign with my finger. Really love it.

How simple it is to use. I can sign on anywhere and make edits to pdf's. I can also convert documents. I've been using pdf filler for almost 3 years now and absolutely love it! Just renewed my subscription for year 4!
What do you dislike?
No complaints. Even on the rare occasion where the system crashes, the pdf filler team sends you an email to let you know they're working on correcting the problem. It's usually fixed within minutes.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Don't think about it twice, use it!

The ability to create a document, upload a document, search and find document files, edit, and then fax or email to anyone anywhere right from the convenience of your laptop anywhere in the world. All documents created are saved in your account for return access, and activities (fax, email and receipts for delivery) are also recorded and saved.

So far I have not discovered something I do not like. I have uploaded, created, searched for online documents to use, and both faxed and e-mailed documents without an issue.

It works and I'll keep using it!
It's been a good experience. I have used it several times and it gets the job done.
I get PDFs sent to me from time to time and it can't get much simpler than using the PDFfiller. It works great.
Nothing that I am unhappy with. It works every time and I have come to depend on it. Allows me to be professional and quick.

I like the ease of use of this software. I can use existing forms or can in form that aren't in the database.
It is a little pricey for something I only use periodically.

Thrilled with this app!
After I found this option, I've been thrilled with it. No more prints and write; now I do everything directly in the computer. Less environmental damage, no ink and no papers. Loved it!

What is an ad hoc invoice?
Ad Hoc Invoicing allows you to generate an invoice for a particular Client at any time and include Visits that have not yet been invoiced. These types of invoices are generated manually from the Accounting tab on the Client's profile.

How do I Unapproved an invoice in Hero?
Hi, no you can't unapproved, you'll need to void and re-enter if you want them as draft. Alternatively, edit and change the date to the future then they won't show on statements up to that date. Merged: How do I send an approved invoice back to drafts?
How do I write off an invoice in Hero?
In the Business menu, select Invoices.
Select either the Awaiting Payment or Overdue tab.
Click anywhere on the line of the invoice you want to write off.
Click Options, then select Write off remaining balance.
Click Yes to confirm.
What happens when you approve an invoice in Hero?
When you approve it, your estimated billings and work in progress (WIP) are updated. The invoice moves to the Awaiting Payment tab on the Invoice Manager.
