I have tested it and every elements concerning my line of work are deeply thought out and very crisp. I had a problem of sending a folder but the solution is in merging the files to create one new file to send. The software is brilliant and less costly than all the competition I have tested.

Haven't noticed any downside. Have been even able to access from my smart phone as well.

Offer tutorials on instructions and examples of usage of the features. Currently going thru trial and error which so far has worked well

What do you like best?
PDFfiller was easy to use and the electronic signature feature was great. When I had a small issue customer service responded quickly and solved the problem right away.
What do you dislike?
I have nothing I really disliked, I had no problems downloading the document, filling in the required fields and electronically signing them.

Exceptional Support ... Exceptional Support ...I purchased an online PDFfiller annual plan for $120 by mistake. I really only wanted to try it for a month. I had found the program for me! If you have any conerns or questions the customer service is top notch and very helpful. Everything is labled for ease of use. I use PDFiller EVERYDAY! Buy the subscription .... you will thank me later. Con: I cant draw lines on surveys with ease! That is something that I wish I was able to do. There are options to draw but no straight edge lines. That is really the only con that I have.
