I like how the PDF filler has been easy to work with but I think there should be a separate cost for those of us not using the filler all the time. Its expensive at the moment for me.

What do you like best?
PDFiller is ultra-convenient and super-easy to use. It's in the cloud, so it's easy to access. And it has a vast array of features. Storage is a cinch, whether on your hard drive or in the cloud.
What do you dislike?
I can't think of much that I don't like about the program. There might be a more direct or seamless way to save documents to Google Drive, in terms of getting them straight into a particular folder instead of just onto the Drive, but that's a minor issue.

The support with this company surpasses… The support with this company surpasses anything I have ever dealt with. Honestly, I NEVER write reviews because I have never been moved to do so; however, today I was. Quick response, did exactly what I wanted, no questions asked just solutions. We can all learning something from this great customer service. This is too few and far between nowadays. "Sam" is who helped me today and I hope he gets the recognition that they deserve!

Best tool with advanced features - PDF Filler Add, edit, share & highlight option in one application. Easy to use and must have application if you publish documents frequently. If you work on PDF files daily it is a must have application. It handles PDF files and let you edit and add content very easily. - Easy to use tools - Add text, edit text, highlight, notes etc. many features in one application - No watermarks which makes it easy to edit and share. It is working good till now and not found any such cons in the application. Conversion of files do takes times and using advance features needs a pro in that. It gets slower with big files.

Easy to use, saves time Time utilized more efficiently, forms completed with step by step guidance, simple for beginners or working late hours, most documents are available in the library, folder organization, can add signatures all in one spot. PDF filler has a large library of documents, anyone can easily personalize templates, can prepare add signatures and finalize documents all in one step, saves time! It does not have version history. What do you like best? I like to be able to upload multiple documents and then have the ability to rearrange them if needed, or remove, or even add to my entire document. What do you dislike? I do not like that the desktop extention frequently has errors, and continues to lag. I also do not like that the fax portion is uncustomizable. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? It helps me to add or remove specific line items, which I do not want others to see. It also allows us to add pictures to the PDF documents, such as signatures, and or stamps for notary.

Normally, there is no formal survey done in property sales; instead, the dimensions, boundaries, etc. are taken from the deed. If the buyer needs a survey for some reason (e.g. if it's a large lot, and the mortgage company wants a survey as well as an appraisal), the buyer would pay.
