I've had problems expanding boxes to fit text in. Customer support sent a YouTube video and that was some help and fixed one box, but then I had problems with a second box and just didn't have the time to keep trying to fix the problem. After a few attempts I was able to fix the problem, and now I am very impressed with the program.

Very User Friendly and convenient. Wish there was other nursing cheat sheets available. ( Treatment sheets, Vital assessment sheets, etc) Takes the guess work out of creating your own.

Below is a list of the most common customer questions. If you can’t find an answer to your question, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us.
Settlement agreements can be enforced by a judge if they aren't being followed. ... If they fail to do so, a judge can enter a judgement against the defendant and order them to pay the unpaid amounts. Because settlement agreements are typically made outside of court, enforcement can sometimes be limited.
How are Settlement Agreements Enforced? Settlement agreements can be enforced by a judge if they aren't being followed. For example, if the defendant had agreed to pay for the injured party's medical expenses, they are required to do so in a reasonable time or according to the terms written in the settlement agreement.
A motion to enforce a settlement agreement is where we are asking a court to enforce the terms of a settlement to make the defendant do what the defendant promised when it settled. A case gets settled, and sometimes we don't have the settlement agreement already finalized.
Settlement agreements (commonly known as compromise agreements prior to 2013) are legally binding contracts. They are drawn up to remove employees' rights to bring a claim arising out of their contracts of employment to an Employment Tribunal or other court. ... The agreement must be in writing.
Other jurisdictions have similarly held that an informal settlement agreement is enforceable whenever the parties agree to all material terms, regardless if those terms are not memorialized in a final writing. Hansen v.
If both parties agree to set aside the settlement agreement before it is incorporated into a court order, then it is a fairly simple issue to rescind the agreement and start over. The real problems come when only one party no longer agrees.
Once the parties reach a settlement agreement, it becomes a binding contract, which can only be rescinded for limited reasons, such as fraud by one of the parties. However, a settlement offer is just that -- an offer. An offer does not become a binding contract until the other side accepts it.
So long as the agreement was properly drafted & doesn't contain provisions against public policy, then the Judge has no authority to change any provisions. The Judge may review it merely to understand what the settlement is, but that's...
In the majority of cases, when a party tries to withdraw from an agreed-upon settlement, the court will have to make a final decision whether the agreement is enforceable or not. ... This means if you back out of a legitimate agreement, you can be subject to damages if the final judgement was not in your favor.
Yes. Said differently, upon the filing of a motion, the Court can set aside a Mediation Agreement. The most common reason would be fraud or duress.
