I believe the staff is dedicated to helping the customers and are very professional. Thought I might have to talk to them in person, but they answer and respond quickly through chat and do everything they can to help you right away. I've tried a lot of online PDF programs, which have been extremely slow or not as advertised. PDFfiller is by far the best online PDF editing program on the market. With all the of available features, it made the decision to purchase this one over others that are similar very easy. The program is very easy to use. Some of the chrome extensions took some time to work properly but the support desk was helpful. I'd recommend this program.

So far so good. I have only been using it for two days so I'm still new but I think it is going to work well for my needs!
Follow up. A couple of weeks in and we are extremely happy with this subscription service. I work for a school district and have equipment to check out to various teachers in 28 different schools. This has really made my job easier..

Easy to use
Easy to use - I was trying to redact parts of a document and adobe left me hanging even after rebooting, updating, etc. It was a breeze using pdfFiller instead and I encountered no issues and the process was so simple and clear.

i WAS ABLE TO DO A DOCUMENT IN HALF THE TIME IT WOULD HAVE TAKEN TO UPLOAD ON MY IPHONE AND EMAIL UPLOADING A DOCUMENTS OF 27 PAGES WITH FILL IN WAS EFFORTLESS
