I thought I was signing up for the $6 option, but found out it was actually the $20 one. A bit deceptive. So glad I found this site though. Too bad the original PDF designers didn't create PDFs with the option of converting to Word. So, despite the deceptive billing, I am still happy I found this site, and that the website is so easy to use.

I like having this resource as an option.
I like that it offers a clean, crisp look for documents.
The forms or finished forms look very neat when they are typed. It seems like a great option for persons to use when their handwriting is not legible.
The words do not stay within the lines. I used the software recently and the office manager had to retype the form because the words did not fit.

Was not sure about the monthly versus the yearly and almost paid too much! In my opinion: There should be an option for businesses with more than one licensed user to have access too, versus giving out my personal login so my partners can benefit from the same resource. Such as a link where up to two are licensed and covered and then the rest have to get their own subscription.

I liked that is had documents on hand that I needed and was able to manipulated them and submit them for the purpose I needed them for.
It was a little tricky to use at first, but quickly figured it out.

When forwarding to a client, etc., I like that it generates a security code that's required to access the documents. Customer service is *******! I signed up originally to utilise this service. Whilst I did not wish to continue with the service (just wouldnt need it again) I did struggle to cancel the service. I sent an email outlining my issue and got the quickest response back and my account fixed and funds returned. Great service if you do require all the time. Easy to use. Highly recommend.
