It was very easy to Fill out the PDF. Then I was suprised I could also mail it, from the same website. I can upload a PDF and have it mailed, even by Certified Mail. That you can mail or fax the PDF. You can like email to fax. Which is very good. Especially since I don't have a phone anymore, let alone a fax, since I just use my Cell Phone. Technical support is terrific. They are always availble, they know everything, they are very helpful. For example, one technician let me email him my PDF, he fixed it for me, and emailed back to me.

Below is a list of the most common customer questions. If you can’t find an answer to your question, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us.
On January 27, 1973the day the Vietnam cease-fire was announced the administration stopped the draft, six months before the draft law was to expire on July 1, 1973. The last draft lottery was on December 7, 1972.
On December 1, 1969, the Selective Service System of the United States conducted two lotteries to determine the order of call to military service in the Vietnam War for men born from January 1, 1944, to December 31, 1950.
THE VIETNAM LOTTERIES. A lottery drawing — the first since 1942 — was held on December 1, 1969, at Selective Service National Headquarters in Washington, D.C. This event determined the order of call for induction during calendar year 1970; that is, for registrants born between January 1, 1944, and December 31, 1950.
366 blue plastic capsules contained the birthdays that would be chosen in the first Vietnam draft lottery drawing on December 1, 1969. The first birthdate drawn that night, assigned the lowest number, 001, was September 14.
N69 gives the results of the lottery held on December 1, 1969, for men born from 1944 through 1950. The highest lottery number called for this group was 195; all men assigned that lottery number or any lower number, and who were classified as available for military service, were called to report for possible induction.
Vietnam Draft Lotteries. ... The draft lottery was based on birthdates. There were 366 blue plastic capsules containing birthdates (including February 29) placed into a deep glass container. The capsules were drawn by hand, opened one by one and then assigned to a sequence number started from 001 until 366.
One air mix ball is then drawn from the drum containing the sequence numbers from 1 through 365 (366 if the draft will call men born during a leap year) and the date and number are paired to establish the sequence number for each birthdate.
The 11th draws were the date July 9 and the number 1, so men born July 9 were assigned draft number 1 and drafted first. ... The highest number called for a physical was 215 (for tables 1970 through 1976). Between 1965 and 1972 the draft provided 2,215,000 service members to the U.S. military.
Today, all young men are still required to register with the federal Selective Service when they turn 18 or within 30 days of their 18th birthday. Even conscientious objectors and the disabled are required to register. If the draft is reinstated, they can register their objections or disabilities then.
A draft held TODAY would use a lottery to determine the order of call. Before the lottery was implemented in the latter part of the Vietnam conflict, there was no system in place to determine order of call besides the fact that men between the ages of 18 and 26 were vulnerable to being drafted.
