I was a first time user and it was late at night and the PDFfiller.com information was a little confusing. I had problems opening the document on my computer as it was not readable. Initial rough start when my first document could not be converted to PDFfiller format & problems setting up an account password, but that is behind me now and application is working as advertised.

This program has allowed us to reduce the amount of time it was taking to complete our main work task by at least 50%. The only significant improvement that would increase our experience would be the ability to rotate any specific text input by 90 degrees.

Fab app. In prep for Brexit I have to complete a lot of HMRC forms, many of which are in locked down pdf. pdf filler has been a life saver. Thoroughly recommend.

Good service but some things like…
Good service but some things like filling out spaced letters are more difficult than they should be and paying for the service feels bad.Overall good though, being able to sign online is a nice convenience perk.

Was not sure about the monthly versus the yearly and almost paid too much! In my opinion: There should be an option for businesses with more than one licensed user to have access too, versus giving out my personal login so my partners can benefit from the same resource. Such as a link where up to two are licensed and covered and then the rest have to get their own subscription.

It works!
The application is relatively intuitive to use. It was the only one that offered the full PDF fillable experience under a free trial to really test it. I recommend this program over others I have tried.

Fast and effective response
When I contacted them through their Chat feature my problem was resolved there and then. Instant response, and then follow up emails to make sure everything was ok. This is how customer service should work but so often doesn't.
