Unclear as to whether or not I can save multiple versions of the fillable form for future editing, which I assume, but it's not intuitive, otherwise I would have rated 5.

Twitter is globally launching its Bookmarks feature today, giving users a new way of saving tweets they like and might want to revisit. And unlike liked tweets, Bookmarks aren't publicly viewable to other people, so they won't be an unwelcome and unexpected addition to someone else's timeline.
Bookmarks are a way to refer back to a tweet without liking or retweeting it, which is a useful way to save information that is controversial or incorrect. You are the only one who can view your bookmarks. The Verge reported today to say that Twitter is using this update to move several sharing options to one place.
You can share a tweet via direct message, share it elsewhere outside of Twitter, or bookmark it. Your Bookmarks are accessible in the main slide-out menu. And unlike liked tweets, Bookmarks aren't publicly viewable to other people, so they won't be an unwelcome and unexpected addition to someone else's timeline.
Twitter Bookmarks are private, so no one can see which tweets have been bookmarked, unlike the Like option, which, prior to Bookmarks, has been a preferred method of preserving tweets. Twitter says Bookmarks are now rolling out globally on Twitter for iOS and Android, Twitter Lite, and mobile.twitter.com.
To bookmark a Tweet, tap the share icon under the Tweet and select, Add Tweet to Bookmarks. To find it later, tap Bookmarks from your profile icon menu. You can remove Tweets from your Bookmarks at any time.
Twitter offers a feature called Bookmarks that allows you to save Tweets for later. There is also a share icon on every Tweet that allows you to bookmark the Tweet and share it via Direct Message. This window article will teach you how to use the Bookmarks feature on Twitter.
If you mean saving it to your computer or in your Web browser, then no they will not know. If you're clicking on the heart icon within Twitter and 'liking' it, then yes. That function is Twitter's version of Facebook's 'Like' button and is a way for people on Twitter to give kudos to one another.
Twitter has never notified user telling that someone took a screenshot from your tweet, and it still doesn't notify users about the screenshot. So, Twitter users can feel free to take a screenshot or screen record of the tweets.
