This is a very handy program to have access to when you need employee signatures, but they work in different locations throughout the country. It eliminates the need for faxes or snail mail.

I still like the program albeit the script and font could use some improvements
Being able to fill reports online , print and send.
The script is hard to line up , checking off boxes is also difficult.

Right now I am able to work with little problems when I started I had nothing but problems the support that I received was more than I could have Ask for your team went out of their way and above what I expected. I had a problem getting something from the States while being here in the country of KOSOVO and Sarah went out of her way to make sure I could get the forms I needed and also help me with,y payment when i could not use my card. It's good to have it and override feature added on
Smaller storage, clearer version, can override it, often use PDF format due to easier for storage, while others take too much storages
It's not free and commercialize product, so it can be personal use. It has limited features when it's not upgraded to an override version

It is a great tool that anybody can use
It is a great tool that anybody can use. It does not matter what type of business, school, or type of work you do you will get out of this service if you have to continually deal with PDF documents. Do you need to sign something? Check. Do you need to change a shipping label by a major retailer for a return? check. Tax documents? check. For real, I'm just a regular stay at home dad and I use this AT LEAST twice a month.

Even though I didn’t use their website, I am very satisfied with the customer service. I have subscribed and forgot about it and it took the money from my account. I contacted customer support and my issue was solved in less than a minute! If anyone has the same problem, don’t worry, just contact them and they’ll help! :)
