I am in need of something that doesn't break the bank, is clean, and I can use. I am NOT tech savvy and in real estate. This is a necessity for my everyday work life.

With your printer, you can print onto many types of paper. This is useful if you want to produce a printed document or photograph with an interesting effect. You can use various types of materials including photo paper, card and lined paper. Printing on lined paper is just like printing on any other paper.
Create a Lined Notebook Paper Template in Word. Open Word. If the program's current default of a traditional 8.5 inch-by-11 inch paper doesn't fit your lined document requirements, click the “Page Layout” tab. Release the Shift key and the left mouse button and the Word horizontal line appears.
Put your lined paper into the printer. Click “Start,” and then click your username. Locate the image or document that you want to print. Right-click the file and click “Print.” This will now print your document to lined paper.
You can use plain paper. However, for the best results, you'll want to use one of Epson's special ink jet papers. You can load a sheet of loose-leaf or other paper with holes as shown.
Laser printers fuse the toner to the page using heat, so any paper which will be damaged by heat is a no-no. If it's an ink jet printer, you can print on almost any paper, at least, without damaging the printer. The quality will vary depending on what you are printing (e.g. text, graphics, photos) and the type of paper.
Not only can you print text onto your scrapbook paper with a wide format print, but you can also print clip art, pictures and other images directly onto the paper. Some scrapbook paper measures 8 inches by 8 inches. You can use a standard printer to print on this smaller size paper.
A loose-leaf is a piece of paper that is not bound in place, or available on a continuous roll, but typically punched to be organized in a ring binder. Loose leaves may be sold as free sheets, or made up into notepads, where perforations allow them to be removed easily.
