I enjoy the ease of completing the forms, printing and saving the documents. I expected to be billed at the 65% off rate for one time use, annually, but somehow was charged the $72.00 annual renewable rate. Does what I need, the only thing is, it can be confusing when you try to log in, it takes you to another page instead of your actual account page so I have to search for something else to get to it, or I may just haven't located how yet, still good for what I need done.

You know for those of us that need that little extra help with these unfamiliar online tools. PDFFILLER online help really made me happy with my choice. They were quick to respond and help me getting familiar with the site as I edited a document.
