So far it's been pretty good although I haven't figured everything out yet as far as the features but I'm working on it. I like it so far though for what I needed it for. A great Program Its a good program, but it takes a few minutes to get use to the actual text placement for your fill in. I did not try the signature feature. I will continue to use this program. I'll use it more often as I get use to it.

If you want a great PDF software with support you cant go wrong with PDFfiller Yesterday, I needed assistance with a PDF, which, when it was submitted to PDFFiller, would change the computer bar and make it into numbers. Since I needed this document in its original form, I contacted their customer service, and Kara helped me. Kara went out of her way to make sure my problem was resolved. It was really nice to talk to a real human instead of a bot, and that human being was so kind and able. My problem is not completely resolved, but she taught me how to be able to fill the PDF without losing the bar and eventually make a template, which is what I need to do. Awesome team-mate, you got there, PDF Filler!

Time and Material Billing. Time and material billing refers to the billing process wherein actual number of hours worked and the resources deployed are billed on an as is basis with the margin added to it. In other words, time and material billing can lead to cost overruns and associated problems.
Time and material (T&M) contract is absolutely different. It presupposes billing clients for actual work scope based on hourly rates of labor. Customers are charged for the amount of hours spent on a specific project, plus costs of materials.
Fixed price is exactly as the name suggests. A software provider will define a scope of work with your help, and then deliver that exact scope of work for an agreed upon price. With T&M, you are billed for the time and any related costs associated with the project as they occur.
A time-and-materials contract may be used only when it is not possible at the time of placing the contract to estimate accurately the extent or duration of the work or to anticipate costs with any reasonable degree of confidence.
