It's somewhat costly, but it works.
I have no idea whether it's worth it. I needed to get something done, and it was easy to find, so it was worth it to me. I certainly was glad there was a half price sale.

So far it's been pretty good although I haven't figured everything out yet as far as the features but I'm working on it. I like it so far though for what I needed it for. I will continue to pay for my subscription and continue using the service. Thanx your service has been and will continue to be a BIG HELP to me.

A great Program
Its a good program, but it takes a few minutes to get use to the actual text placement for your fill in. I did not try the signature feature. I will continue to use this program. I'll use it more often as I get use to it.

If you want a great PDF software with support you cant go wrong with PDFfiller
Yesterday, I needed assistance with a PDF, which, when it was submitted to PDFFiller, would change the computer bar and make it into numbers. Since I needed this document in its original form, I contacted their customer service, and Kara helped me. Kara went out of her way to make sure my problem was resolved. It was really nice to talk to a real human instead of a bot, and that human being was so kind and able. My problem is not completely resolved, but she taught me how to be able to fill the PDF without losing the bar and eventually make a template, which is what I need to do. Awesome team-mate, you got there, PDF Filler!

Other than being billed initially for a 30 days trial, I contacted Customer Service right away and they credited me back the $144 first year right away. Otherwise, I am liking the service so far. Just learning how to use it.

How do you draft an invoice?
Create a Professional Layout. Your invoice should look professional. Include Company and Client Information. Add an Invoice Number, Invoice Date, and Due Date. What is time and material billing?
Time and Material Billing. Time and material billing refers to the billing process wherein actual number of hours worked and the resources deployed are billed on an as is basis with the margin added to it. In other words, time and material billing can lead to cost overruns and associated problems.
What is T&M billing?
Time and material (T&M) contract is absolutely different. It presupposes billing clients for actual work scope based on hourly rates of labor. Customers are charged for the amount of hours spent on a specific project, plus costs of materials.
What is the difference between T&M and fixed price?
Fixed price is exactly as the name suggests. A software provider will define a scope of work with your help, and then deliver that exact scope of work for an agreed upon price. With T&M, you are billed for the time and any related costs associated with the project as they occur.
When should a time and materials contract be used?
A time-and-materials contract may be used only when it is not possible at the time of placing the contract to estimate accurately the extent or duration of the work or to anticipate costs with any reasonable degree of confidence. See 12.207(b) for the use of time-and-material contracts for certain commercial services.
Is time and material a cost type contract?
Under cost-reimbursement contracts, companies are reimbursed based on allowable costs instead of the delivery of a completed product or service. Time-and-materials contracts provide for acquiring supplies or services on the basis of direct labor hours at a set rate. It also includes the actual cost for materials.
