Everything works great, however when you send a document to sign, it would be more helpful if there was a brief explanation of instructions, so the receiving end understands how to actually go in and sign the document.

For pdfFiller’s FAQs

Below is a list of the most common customer questions. If you can’t find an answer to your question, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us.
Currently, all men ages 18 to 25 are required by law to provide basic personal information to the Selective Service System. ... “However, the U.S. military has been all-volunteer since 1973 & Congress would need to pass a new law to institute a draft.”
The Selective Service Act of 1948, enacted in June of that year, created a new and separate system, the basis for the modern system. All men 17 years and older had to register with Selective Service. All men between the ages of 13 to 26 were eligible to be drafted for a service requirement of 21 months.
Almost all men age 18-25 who are U.S. citizens or are immigrants living in the U.S. are required to be registered with Selective Service. U.S. law calls for citizens to register within 30 days of turning 18 and immigrants to register within 30 days of arriving in the U.S.
Today, all young men are still required to register with the federal Selective Service when they turn 18 or within 30 days of their 18th birthday. Even conscientious objectors and the disabled are required to register. If the draft is reinstated, they can register their objections or disabilities then.
Twenty-six years is the cutoff age. Men between the ages of 18 and 25, inclusive, must register for the draft. However, the U.S. does have provisions that allow for those up to the age of 54 years of age to be drafted if they have certain needed skills or experience.
This includes U.S. born and naturalized citizens, parolees, undocumented immigrants, legal permanent residents, asylum seekers, refugees, and all males with visas of any kind which expired more than 30 days ago. The few individuals who are exempt from this requirement are those on current non-immigrant visas.
-- NCAA senior players drafted by an NFL team: About one in 50, or 2.0 percent. -- High school senior players eventually drafted by an NFL team: About nine in 10,000, or 0.09 percent. That's about the chance you have an IQ above 150, as measured by the Stanford-Binet test.

Considering the draft age and the demographics of the 18 - 24-year-old age cohort, your odds on actually getting drafted during the Vietnam era were probably lower than 5% (on a cohort wide basis). During WWII (which was probably the height of drafting) your odds on getting drafted might have been as high as 10%.
