I needed to complete a form online and…
I needed to complete a form online and pdffiller was the perfect solution. I was able to find my form, fill it out on line and sign it online. I had no issues.

I was a bit misled - I looked up free pdf edit - I edited all the pages I needed, but I couldn't do anything with them until I signed up... so I had to sign up to get to them....

Reasonable but not fantastic
Pretty decent, I'm not sure it's the best PDF software available, but it's not bad and can complete most tasks you'd ask of it.
The software works for the most part well and allows the signing and creation of forms, handy for mild administrative use.
Support seems limited to live chat only, which is a bit of pain if something goes wrong. It could also do with a mobile app which I don't believe there is currently.

Do architects approve submittals?
Submittals are prepared or furnished by the contractor. The architect does not prepare, seal, or issue submittals, and it is not responsible for their accuracy or completeness. 4: Shop Drawings, Product Data, Samples and similar submittals are not Contract Documents.
