I don't like that you have to hard return on open spaces or the text goes off the page. I don't like how there is not any guidance on the cursor in pre-developed forms-there should at least be a grid view option. I do like how clean it looks and intuitive it is to use.

Overall a great product. My only qualm with the software is the picture quality of the pages displayed when a user is selecting pages to "save as." The images are not clear enough for anyone to distinguish pages. A zoom function would be much appreciated.

I did not like the fact that when you decided to make it a service that charges you money, there was no warning. It forced you to pay if you wanted to keep your documents. I'm past that now and I am really ENJOYING it now that I am a paying customer.

Easy to Use
Easy to Use, Excellent Editing Techniques. Loved the opportunity to email, fax and input notes. Especially loved the notification to be sent to me when my email is accessed by the recipients. Only ever used Adobe in the past. Found this affordable option. It is fantastic. User friendly and effective app. I applied for a rental with a heap of forms to fill out and now our family are living in it. I accidentally signed the 1year subscription. Advised that I only wanted to use it during the trial period for a purpose and happy to pay for one month. They communication was quick and on point. They summarised and actioned exactly what I requested. Only charged me $30 for the month and cancelled my future subscription. I would happily use this again. Thank you.

Took me a while to figure out how to…
Took me a while to figure out how to delete an entire page. My one suggestion would be to leave the previously used tool activated. I get tired of having to click on "eraser" when I'm trying to erase multiple blotches on a scanned article.
