Very useful app for editing documents!
It is very easy to use on a desktop or mobile device. It eliminates the need for printing & filling in documents by hand!
I have not experienced any features that could use improving while using pdf filler.

Useful for filling out applications.
Its been so useful for applications that I'd otherwise have to write by hand. I have arthritis and writing information in tiny spaces is painful and there's never enough room for the answer. This has solved this problem.

What are the requirements and general conditions of a valid lease?
Basic Conditions Among the states that require written leases, valid ones must include a description of the property. The property's physical address is considered a valid description. Leases must include starting and ending dates. Additionally, a lease must include the amount of rent that is due.
What can make a lease invalid?
The Statute of Frauds in California requires that a lease for more than a year must be in writing. Consequently, an oral agreement for a rental period of a year or less is still valid where the parties intended to create such a lease. The failure to contain other elements does not cause the lease to be invalid.
What can void a lease agreement?
A lease is automatically void when it is against the law, such as a lease for an illegal purpose. In other circumstances, like fraud or duress, a lease can be declared void at the request of one party but not the other.
Is a lease valid if the dates are wrong?
If you and the landlord verbally agreed to a date, but the date on the lease is wrong, and you signed the lease, you are bound by the date signed. In this case if the date on the lease is wrong it has no actual effect since it's not material. If dates are specific then it still depends.
What are illegal lease terms?
Examples of typical illegal lease clauses include the prohibition of pets, not allowing visiting guests or additional occupants, requiring tenants to pay additional deposits that are not permitted under the Residential Tenancies Act, and requiring tenants to pay for repairs that are the responsibility of the landlord.
