Two main issues I have with PDF:
1) not being able to change the names on the forms,
2) easily finding a form to download to My Forms (referring to Acord forms mainly, you would think your company would have a direct link to Acord forms draw from)

I really like the program; however, when I save I get logged out. I have not been successful at using any form except the Offer to Purchase. I need addendums.

Service only needed once
I'm in my 89th year and only needed to send in the form once...I didn't know that I was subscribing to ongoing service. I live on Social Security supplemented by savings so I can't afford $96 per year for a service I only needed once. Thank you for the time I did need you.

It's the best experience on pdf editors, the only thing is that i passed 10 minutes just to find how to change the color of the text, i suggest to modify the icon of the text color for better user experience and as a back-end developer I thank you for the work you are doing, work for your project, believe on it and you will have more success. Only used a few times
Only used a few times, but so far no major issues. The only pain point, I would say is the editor...I am still getting in practice. Overall, this is a very good and useful tool.

I mislead them on my intentions for the service level that I required. Once I brought it to their attention, I answered 3 questions; and the matter was immediately resolved. Outstanding customer service comms. !!!

Not sure how I "subscribed", yet PDFfiller honoured their policy of full cancellation and FULL REFUND.
I'm IMPRESSED !!!
The went further and added an offer of a further FREE TRIAL.
If their products are as good as their service, I'll definitely intentionally subscribe at some stage in the future ... after South Africa's political siege they call "Lockdown".
