Performance is slow and choppy at times. There is no OBVIOUS way to turn off the popups every single time I go to fill out a form. Transitioning from one form to another is extremely disjointed. There is no clear way to fill out one form and simply move on to the next in a series. If there is a clean workflow in there somewhere, it's not obvious, at least, not for my use case, which is to fill out a form for each of my employees from a remote location, download all and print all for distribution. Seems like every time I finish something, it takes a while to save, and a while to get to the page letting me choose what to do next, which is always to display the file list again, and a while to load the file list. . .rather than simply keeping the filelist persistent and hidden, as would seem same here. Also, this form, won't let me enter more than a character or 2 before kicking me out. I am writing this feedback in a notepad and then copying it in all at once. Awesome.

easy to use...but...make so forms can be shrunk so they aren't huge all the time when open, when they are huge and cannot be shrunk it can give you a headache...templates for forms ( or any often-used form) should stay at the top, to find them easy, instead of sinking down the list...you have to hit at least 5 buttons to print, and that is horrible...

It's essential for digital nomads. Since my base is in the US. I rely on these solutions to continue operations in the US from abroad. I would integrate payment systems, especially with the banking networks to be able to send money orders or checks physically. And I would suggest connecting with virtual offices to be able to interact with clients in a virtual office setting. I'm thinking a virtual secretary solution... just some thoughts to improve.

I wish you could download your fillable form to a website with all features included
You an edit PDFs and make forms fillable. It is easy to navigate and design your forms. I thought it was easy to add additional information to an existing pdf.

What is a guaranteed draw?
When a sales representative enters a new sales role, either in a new company or in the current company, it is a common practice to pay a non-recoverable draw (also known as a guarantee) for a number of months. A guarantee is a compensation payment made in addition to base salary that is paid regardless of performance.
What is a guaranteed draw against commission?
The draw against commission is a “guarantee,” paid with every sales paycheck. Generally, companies implement a draw against commission to ensure pay during times of sales uncertainty (e.g., decreased cash flow due to inexperience within a particular territory or product as they ramp up).
Is draw against commission good?
A draw against commission system can greatly benefit your sales staff. The purpose of a draw on commission is for employees to receive regular, guaranteed income, which can improve their personal finances. A sales commission draw is especially helpful to sales representatives who are still learning their jobs.
What does draw against commission mean?
Draw against commission is a salary plan based completely on an employee's earned commissions. An employee is advanced a set amount of money as a paycheck at the start of a pay period. At the end of the pay period or sales period, depending on the agreement, the draw is deducted from the employee's commission.

Do you have to pay back recoverable draw?
A recoverable draw is a payout that you expect to gain back. You are basically loaning employees money that you expect them to pay back by earning sales commissions. If the employee doesn't earn enough commissions to cover the draws after a certain time, you might need a debt payback plan.
Can a company make you pay back a draw?
The employer cannot recover the money from a future commission, so the only way to recover the draw is to demand the employee return the money already paid an unlawful kickback. Based on that principle, the panel held that the repayment-upon-termination policy was unlawful.
