What do you like best?
I have been using PDFfiller for several years and it is essential to my law practice. I haven't used a typewriter to fill in forms since I began using PDFfiller. Especially helpful filling out long questionnaire forms which may have to be changed as additional information is received. Great product!
What do you dislike?
There is nothing that I dislike about PDFfiller.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Great program. You will not be disappointed.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
As mentioned above, while I could fill out forms by writing in the information, my handwriting is terrible. Using PDFfiller allows me to type in answers on forms which then look very professional.

Easy to use Easy to use. Only one downside - can't bring in any other types of fonts. That would be helpful. Other than that it's good for my needs.

Below is a list of the most common customer questions. If you can’t find an answer to your question, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us.
Most agencies in CA don't require the officer to "sign" the ticket.
A traffic citation is still valid whether the police officer has you sign it. Signing the ticket is not an admission of guilt, but just acknowledges that you know you have I gotten a ticket and promise to appear in court.
The officer forgot to have you sign the traffic ticket. A traffic citation is still valid, even without your signature. Your signature simply serves as a promise that you will appear in court on the specified date.
No Getting Off on a Technicality: Unsigned Traffic Ticket Is Valid. Dear Street Smart: Signature or no signature, the ticket is your responsibility. Signing a traffic ticket is not an admission of guilt, but it is a promise you will appear in court on the date specified on the ticket, said Steve Kohler, a CHP spokesman
Signing a traffic citation is not an admittance of guilt. Generally, if a police officer asks you to sign a traffic citation, they will tell you that you are required by law to sign the citation. This is true. It is a misdemeanor offense to refuse to sign a criminal citation.
The Parking Violations Bureau accepts mailed in payments by check, money order, and cashier's check. Per California Vehicle Code section 40204, if you pay your citation without contesting at the same time, your citation will be closed, and you will not be able to contest your citation.
Parking tickets are non-moving violations and are assigned to the vehicle or the vehicle's registered owner, not the driver (as the driver is not usually present when the violation is being issued). Thus, they're not associated with your personal driving record and will not affect your insurance.
Parking Tickets and Violations. In most cases, a parking ticket won't affect your driving record, but not dealing with a ticket properly can have serious consequences. Unpaid parking tickets can lead to expensive fines and your car could be booted, towed, or even impounded.
These types of tickets will remain on your record for 3 to 5 years.
If the parking ticket is not dismissed, the person may need to take the appeal to court. Here is a sample appeal letter for parking ticket. It should be sent by certified mail, so the sender has a record of the time and date it was sent and received. A copy of the ticket can be enclosed with the letter.
To write a letter to contest a parking ticket, start by briefly and clearly stating the facts of the incident, including details about when you arrived, where and how you parked your vehicle, and when you returned. In the next section, explain why you should not have received a ticket.
To state the obvious, parking tickets should only really be challenged if you think they're unfair. In the following situations, it's a good idea to appeal. Appeal the ticket if you think you were parked correctly (i.e. at the right time and place) and if you've got photographic evidence, all the better.
You should appeal your ticket if you couldn't get back to your car because: it's difficult for you to walk because you're disabled. You're pregnant. you have a very young baby.
Make the case presentation to the point. Remember that their facts should be supported by other information. Ready with your evidence. Keep all facts organized and let it be a logical presentation of facts. Admit your mistakes, if any. Keep polite your language and well balanced.
Go to the notice hearing for the traffic ticket. Plead “not guilty" in front of the judge. The judge will then assign a date for your trial in which you will need to reappear in court. If you found mistakes on the ticket, mention them and ask that the ticket be waived.
