Go to: Configuration >> Organization Settings >> Application Form Settings. From the tabs across the top, select the desired application form to customize (form 1 is the default if you only have one) Make the desired changes. Click the [Save] button.
Click the entry you'd like to change, which brings it up in the main view at the top. Click the EDIT button on the top right-hand corner to make the form data editable. Update the form info as you would like, and press the SUBMIT button. Just like that, the submission data has been saved.
