This site is truly amazing. I am a 66 years old Vietnam Veteran and Retired U.S, Marine. Currently filing for PTSD and was able to fill out the VA form exceptionally easy. I purchased a 1 year subscription, in that I felt it would be worth it in the future. I wish this site had a method of informing others about the services. Needed immediate access to a form and an option for signatures and PDFfiller worked really well for me. I signed up for the wrong plan but didn't realize it and someone from PDFfiller contacted me and asked how I would like to proceed. They also refunded my money for the incorrect plan,and made sure I had the correct amount charged for the correct plan. Forms are easy to use. Very impressed so far.

What do you like best?
It has the main features that I'm looking for: I can upload a pdf, add text, remove text, blackout text, etc. It also allows e-signatures.
What do you dislike?
The process to download files is a little tedious. You have to single-click on the file from a list, then the program takes you to a new page to rename and choose the download location. But if you accidentally double-click on the file, the file will open instead. I've been using this program for years and it still takes me way too long to download a file.

I use pdfFiller to fill out forms for work. I used to have to print these forms, complete them by hand, then scan them and shred them. With this program we get to eliminate the use of paper and save time.

I had a very complicated question pertaining to a credit card charge, (I didn't know which account within our company had incurred the charge, and therefore, couldn't track down a receipt) **** helped me reverse engineer the charge to find out where it came from. My company provides Customer Support for the Video Gaming industry, so I know the value of a positive CS experience. Way to Go, ****!

How do I edit City scheduling?
Find the appointment you want to edit. Click on the appointment. At the top of the details, click the Edit button. You will then be able to go through and change the appointment type, calendar, client information and more. Once you've made the changes you want, click Save Changes.

How do I change my address on Acuity Scheduling?
Go to Business Settings > Availability > Calendars, find the calendar you're interested in, and click the Calendar Settings button. Hit Add new location. Type in your location and click the Save button. Click the Save Changes button.
Does Acuity Scheduling have an app?
Android users can download Acuity Scheduling from the Play Store! Note that the mobile app is meant as a quick way to view and manage your appointments -- that means that in order to configure your account settings you'll have to access acuityscheduling.com from your phone's browser.
