Customer support was top notch. They resolved my print issues with my form. The reason I did not give it 5 stars and would not recommend is that I Googled for a form to fill out for a US Passport. I didn't expect to find one i could fill in on line. What was not apparent was that ONLY AFTER SPENDING 30 MINUTES FILLING OUT THE FORM did I find out I had to pay $20 to print, save, fax, email or share the form. Customer service was great, but did not want to sign up for a monthly pdf service or pay $20 for 1 form.

For a long time now, I have had a chronic tremor in my hands. Filling out a form of any kind would be a guaranteed source of anxiety and embarrassment. I LOVE pdfFiller!!!! However it would be better if I could have a shortcut icon on my Desktop... it would make my life soooooo much easier. I need this ability from pdfFiller. So far this program is a game changer. I wish it was cheaper (a discount for teachers on a year subscription would be wonderful!) but I like what I am seeing so far ;)

Chatted online to cancel and refund $96 that I was charged and I got a pretty friendly guy named Peter! He was sweet and fast! If I needed this particular application again, I would definitely reuse them!!!
