Was looking for a fast PDF fillable form. I found it here. Even has e-sign which really makes me look professional. Always wanted to try it and now I'm glad I did.

I needed PDF Filler (or something like it) for a specific purpose and for a short time. It got the job done.
I was surprised to see the Annual Fee ($72.00) show up on my credit card statement, instead of the monthly fee ($6.00).
I cancelled my subscription on 4/11/2016, and have been checking my statements for a refund. Am I waiting in vain?

This is one handy app

Great product for online registration
This site was exactly what we needed to edit pdf's and create fillable fields for all of our school enrollment forms. The options for receiving the information when completed, as well as many other perks made this a perfect product for our use. Other than being billed initially for a 30 days trial, I contacted Customer Service right away and they credited me back the $144 first year right away. Otherwise, I am liking the service so far. Just learning how to use it.

How do you make a field required?
In the Navigation Pane, right-click the table and then click Design View. Select the field that you want to require always has a value. In the Field Properties pane, on the General tab, set the Required property to Yes.
How do I make a field mandatory in Jira?
To make a field mandatory when used through Jira's user interface, click the Required link associated with that field. The text Required appears next to the field's name. To make a field optional, click the Optional link associated with that field.
What does this field is required mean?
”Field is required” is a flag that has absolutely nothing to do with screens. You either need to remove the flag in the field configuration, making it optional, or you need to add the field to the screen, so the user can obey the mandatory rule you've set.
