Great concept - I can finally share my documents with people. Although it would be good to be able to switch things off like the steps clip note as on some of my pages there are 300+ fields to fill in!

Definitely works. Not sure if there is a way to make figures line up just a little better or have calculated fields, but definitely better than just using adobe acrobat

Double-click the header or footer you want to edit, or select Header or Footer, and then select Edit Header or Edit Footer. Add or change text for the header or footer or do any of the following: For more info, see Add page numbers to a header or footer in Word.
Click or tap where you want to start a new page without the header or footer. Go to Layout > Breaks > Next Page to create a section break. Double-click the header or footer area (near the top or bottom of the page) to open the Header & Footer tab.
Creating Different Headers in Word Using sections, you can have a different header on each page of your document or on different groups of pages. When you want a different header on a page, go to the Breaks' menu on the Page Layout tab and select Next Page.
Then go to the Layout Tab. Go to the Page Setup Group and Click the Breaks Command. Under Section Breaks, select the Next Page Option. Your page will now be separated in a different section and formatting (including headers) in that page stays in that page and won't affect your subsequent pages.

Hover the mouse over the top or bottom edge of any page until Word displays the white space arrows. Then, double-click the edge and Word will hide the header (and footer) and the white space. Uncheck the Show White Space Between Pages in Page Layout View option. Click OK.
