The PDF is a universal file format used in business, thanks to its accessibility. You can open them on whatever device you have, and they will be readable the same way. You can open it on any computer or phone running any OS — it will appear exactly the same.

The next reason is security: PDF files are easy to encrypt, so they're safe for sharing data. That’s why it is essential to choose a secure editor, especially when working online. PDF files can not only be password-protected, but analytics provided by an editing service, which allows document owners to identify those who’ve opened their documents in order to track any and all potential breaches in security.

pdfFiller is an online document creating and editing tool that lets you create, edit, sign, and send PDF using just one browser tab. It integrates with major CRM software, so users can edit and sign documents from Google Docs or Office 365.
