Honestly this service was awesome the only issue I had was that it wasn't up front about the payment. I didn't realize it was a paid service until the end when I had finished editing everything and that really annoyed me. But other than that the features are simply incredible. Some elements of the interface gets a bit busy. It ends up leaving me with a somewhat small visual operating space. It is worth mentioning, though, that this has improved a bit in the last six months or so.

this is the best product I could find…
this is the best product I could find for converting a pdf form into something fillable. I don't need to use this regularly so better if you offered a annual usage limit package- say 12 uses a year for $12.00- which seems fair and reasonable to you and the customer. (If you take this idea up, please do let me know)Ross Harling

Even Adobe editor couldn't help
I needed to change one document and even adobe software couldn't help. The only possible way was to sign up for a free trial. I forgot to end the trial and when I was charged, I contacted the support centre and they return me my money straight away. Very happy with the product and their support service. Would be happy for an option to pay for a single-use, as I'm editing pdf files only a few times per year.

Jira considers that the lifecycle of an issue has come to an end when the “Resolution” field has a value. Any issue that has the Resolution field set is treated by Jira applications as “resolved”. The Issue Navigator displays “Unresolved” when no resolution is set for an issue.
