Getting in touch with a person in customer service is impossible and emails to cust. serv. have not been answered. I originally signed up as a single user; but then as my needs expanded at my office, I added and paid for three more users. For a while everything worked without issue, but then the other three users could not log-in and the different prompts in my dashboard were saying the subscriptions were active and to this day my office staff works through my sole account which can knock someone off in the middle of something.

The fax benefit is awesome. I use the program with my insurance agency. It is way more user friendly than Adobe and you don't need a separate service to send a client a form to sign.

Everything is wonderful
Everything is wonderful, however with my bad eyes and being slow, i still say it is great.Sometime I have a little trouble moving from are moving to the area to get going to the PDF. It is not you it is me just a little slow. Can not see that good. I am good enough to get my job done.

Our company uses pdfFiller constantly to compose property deeds for our owners. We also prepare a variety of documents for our Board of Directors to sign conveniently since they are not onsite always.
It does cost more money in monthly subscription fees to have faster access to customer service. At the first time we experienced a technical problem and needed a question answered we did not have the service tier that afforded same-day replies from customer support. This was an inconvenience, but we have since upgraded our services.

It is useful. Only thing I would like is for it to figure out what font I had on the document BEFORE I edit it. I have contract templates that I use that I have to edit sometimes and finding the font that will match that size and actual type is very difficult. i usually end up just dealing with whichever one I find. If there is a way to do that, please let me know via email.

Best customer service ever, very prompt response with 24hrs manned online support, this tool is the best and very convenient to use. Had an issue with my account so they did refund money i paid for the premium subscription in less than an hour.

Do you need consideration to modify a contract?
The parties must usually mutually agree to alter or modify the contract. The agreement to vary a contract will need to be supported by consideration — something of value must be given in exchange for the alteration. If there is no such consideration, then the variation will need to be effected by deed.
Does a contract modification require consideration?
While the general proposition of the court is correct that modification of a contract requires new consideration, that rule applies when one party to the contract is making the modification. Here, both parties mutually agreed to modify the existing contract to change the original purchase price.
Is consideration required to modify a contract?
Under common law, a party to a contract needs new consideration -- something of legal value -- to modify a contract. The party obtains new consideration by negotiating with the other party to change the consideration on both sides of the contract. Two exceptions to the general rule apply.
