After contacting customer support, I was told that certain web browsers are more compatible than others in completing forms. Once I changed from Mozilla Firefox to Chrome, I was able to complete all fields of the form without problems. But it would have been helpful to publicize this information on your website so that much time was not wasted.

Slight misunderstanding promptly resolved
There was initially a slight misunderstanding, however, I was lucky enough to get Dee again when I reopened the chat. She had thought that I just wanted my subscriptions automatic payments cancelled. Really I wanted the payment stopped and the subscription cancelled. Thankfully she worked up until the last minutes of her shift to help me. She was excellent help!

The Edit Seal Text feature in pdfFiller allows you to easily add and customize text on your documents. Follow these simple steps to use this feature:

Click on the 'Edit' button in the toolbar at the top of the page.

Select the 'Seal Text' option from the dropdown menu.

A text box will appear on the document. Click on it to start typing your desired text.

Use the toolbar that appears above the text box to customize the font, size, color, and alignment of the text.

Drag and drop the text box to the desired location on the document.

Resize the text box by clicking and dragging the corners.

To delete the text box, simply click on it and press the 'Delete' key on your keyboard.

Once you're satisfied with the changes, click on the 'Done' button to save the edited document.
