What do you like best? Editing, merging and marking-up PDF documents and particularly drawings (I am an architect) is easy to do on the program. Editing, deleting selected pages and merging are the most common features that I use, and this is easily done on pdfFiller. It would be helpful if the program has better ways to draw lines and circles, etc., as these are basic needs when marking-up drawings. These features need to be improved. What do you dislike? Drawing features are not user friendly and need to be improved. Highlighting, which is available on pdfFiller, can only be done in straight lines and not at an angle or in curved shapes. This needs to be improved. What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you? Editing and merging PDF documents, marking-up PDF drawings. These are my most critical needs for document review and pdfFiller allows me to do all of this easily.

What do you like best? PdfFiller is a user-friendly application that I often use in the classroom. It has worked well for parent forms and even creating worksheets. Documents are easy to upload and edit with no data or formatting loss. What do you dislike? I haven't yet found any CONs for this product and will continue to use and recommend it to others. Recommendations to others considering the product: I would definitely recommend giving pdfFiller a try. It doesn't have a steep learning curve, so is useable right away. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Sending out paper forms wasn't an option this year, so it is easy to create forms that can be sent out and returned electronically. A huge plus is being able to get electronic signatures.

Over the top excellent customer service First and foremost i want to express the excellent customer service i received from Daniel yesterday evening to the wee hours of this morning. i couldn't figure out how to correct or update a form and my computer literacy was no where to be found. I ask Daniel to please have patience with me and he went above and beyond my expectations. Daniel not only spent hours on trying to help me figure out the issue he also walked me through how to send him a screenshot of the issue! Not once did i ever feel rushed or uncomfortable especially when i wasn't able to follow his instructions. He not only walked me through fixing the form; he also helped me fill in some fields i was unable to do. The most awesome experience was he stayed on the line with me the entire time!!! This is the kind of customer service that is such a rare commodity and i was blessed enough to be on the receiving end with Daniel. For as little as we need a *** editor I could not justify the cost of *****, so this was a good alternative. *** some issues with my pay method after having them for 3 years. Wish I could have just updated my Pay info instead of having to cancel my plan and sign up again. That messed up a discount I had, but kudos to the customer service for being able to straighten it out. *** to do everything through chat because no phone number. Overall decent **************."

What do you like best? Very easy to upload my documents, clean them up and edit and add information. I like that it stores all my documents that I've worked with. What do you dislike? Printing from the site has so many print windows to go through. Recommendations to others considering the product: Easy, Cost Effective. There is not a lot of features to overwhelm someone. For us, it works great as we only need to edit information on new documents but only receive the originals on paper so this is the easiest to get them filled out, and into electronic format for future use What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We complete our bid documents on this program and the PDF filler keeps the information professional, legible and I can go back and edit as needed.
