You will not be able to show your tickets on your phone screen at the venue, as the barcode will need to be printed in order for venue staff to scan and validate your ticket. Please note, if you have selected E-Ticket Mobile Delivery when booking on the Ticketmaster App, you do not need to print your digital ticket.
To print your tickets, use the browser on your desktop, laptop or mobile device and login to your Ticketmaster account. Then, locate the order for your event and print your tickets. Please note: tickets may not be printed from our app.
You may not have selected a Print-at-Home option when purchasing your tickets. If you purchased online and selected a Print-at-Home option, you should be able to see your booking in your Order Page, with a button to press to print tickets.

Mobile Tickets are the easiest and safest way to access tickets to all your favorite events. When you shop with Ticketmaster and your event is Mobile only, or you selected Mobile Entry at checkout, your mobile phone is your ticket. At the event, your tickets will be scanned from your phone's wallet.
An electronic ticket (ticket) can be a Mobile Entry or Print-at-Home ticket. Your tickets will be located in your account and will be available for you before the event. When your event is Mobile only, or you selected Mobile Entry at checkout — your mobile phone is your ticket.
By its very name, an "Electronic Ticket", or an “E-ticket" is not a physical item - it's just an entry in a computer system. As a result, you do not need to physically present any specific document at time of check-in in order to get your boarding pass. So technically, no, you do not need to print anything out at all.
Visit My Account to locate your Electronic/ticket type. To print your tickets, use the browser on your desktop, laptop or mobile device and login to your Ticketmaster account. Then, locate the order for your event and print your tickets. Please note: tickets may not be printed from our app.
There may be a printing delay on the tickets for the event you have booked. For some events, tickets cannot be printed until a set date, either at the request of the promoters or due to circumstances beyond our control. See our Ticket Delivery Information for more details.

Open web browser app and go to ticketmaster.com. Tap the menu icon on the top left of your screen and click My Tickets. Sign in and tap on your order. Click the View Tickets button to access your tickets. Present barcode to get scanned for entry, and you're in!

The main reason you can't sell your tickets on Ticketmaster is because the venue/artist has decided that they do not want to allow authorized resale for their event(s). Therefore, Ticketmaster will not turn on the resale function for an event.
