Add as many signers as you need and enter their email addresses. Move the toggle Set a signing order to enable or disable sending your document in a specific order.

Yes you can use electronic signatures. When executing a deed, for the electronic signature to be valid, you must ensure that the witness is physically present when the signatory is signing.
Under the DESIGN Act, an electronic signature is defined as an electronic sound, symbol, or process attached to or logically associated with a contract or other record and executed or adopted by a person with the intent to sign the record.
