The support team are the BEST!I didn’t understand that I was signing up a yearly subscription. I wanted to use the pdf only once. I notice in my account they charge me for a yearly subscription. Only issue is pricing. This is for my job, but they can't pay for it because we are a non-profit agency, I pay for it myself because it helps me to complete my job more efficiently

How many ways we can make field is required?
There are 3 ways to make custom fields required.
Why required is not working in HTML?
HTML does not recognize required. There are JavaScript libraries used for form/field validation that look for required and other things like val_email, val_number, etc. But, HTML doesn't use any of these things on its own. Search for JavaScript validation on Google to see what might fit your needs.
