Open your invoice. Click the menu icon, then select Send. Select Attach files to email. (Optional) Click X next to the name of any file you don't want to attach to your email.
Install the invoice add-on. Download here Invoice Gmail add-on. Open an email from a customer you want to send an invoice to. Click on the Booking Invoice add-on. Add the items then hit send!
To start, just go to your dashboard and click on “send an invoice”. Now you'll see a pop-up which lets you choose your client and project details (or create both), and choose the invoice type. Once done, just click on “create invoice”.
A few more observations: Ask for the payment simply and be straightforward. Tell them you have included the invoice as part of the email and how you want to be paid. The conclusion is polite and lets them know that you'd love to work more with them in the future.
Select Sales then Invoices from the Toolbar. Find the invoice in the list of transactions. Select the drop-down in the Actions column then choose: Print to print the invoice. Send to email the invoice to the customer. Send reminder to email an invoice reminder to your customer.
Click on the Select and Send Email link. Select the invoices and statement you want to send. The invoices and statement will be attached to the email as a PDF file. Click the Send button.
